• Return labels

    Return labels are only provided to the client if the shop made a mistake.
    In case the client wants to return an item for personal reasons, client has to cover the label costs. At the post office, labels cost between $3-$5.

  • Lost Package

     If in the event of a package being delivered with receipt proof from USPS through a tracking number but somehow is stolen, store is not responsible to offer any refunds or replacement.

    For packages that got lost within USPS warehouse and it shows not being delivered to the doorstep - store will either refund or replace the package at no cost.

  • Package Damaged

    If damaged by USPS delivery, store will ask for package to be sent back and then will issue a refund or a replacement.
