The pumpkin spice is mixed in with the copal resin that these sticks are dipped in, and we are here for it. These extra-special 4" palo santo smudge sticks are dipped in high-quality copal resin for extra oomph! Copal resin is protective, keeping away any negative energies or entities. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return labels
You can request a return within 30 Days of your initial purchase by logging into your account here. Select your order number > click 'Request Return' > select reason. A pre-paid label will be automatically emailed to you within 24-48hrs.
Repack your order in the original box and drop off with USPS.

Lost Package
If in the event of a package being delivered with receipt proof from USPS through a tracking number but somehow is stolen, store is not responsible to offer any refunds or replacement.
For packages that got lost within USPS warehouse and it shows not being delivered to the doorstep - we will either refund or replace the package at no cost.

If damaged by USPS delivery, we will ask for package to be sent back and then will issue a refund or a replacement.
