Orders will ship within 2-3 days and will ship with tracking on all orders.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, & MISSING ITEMS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return labels are only provided to the client if the shop made a mistake.
In case the client wants to return an item for personal reasons, client has to cover the label costs. At the post office, labels cost between $3-$5.
If in the event of a package being delivered with receipt proof from USPS through a tracking number but somehow is stolen, store is not responsible to offer any refunds or replacement.For packages that got lost within USPS warehouse and it shows not being delivered to the doorstep - store will either refund or replace the package at no cost.
If damaged by USPS delivery, store will ask for package to be sent back and then will issue a refund or a replacement.
