• Return labels

    You can request a return within 30 Days of your initial purchase by logging into your account here. Select your order number > click 'Request Return' > select reason. A pre-paid label will be automatically emailed to you within 24-48hrs. 

    Repack your order in the original box and drop off with USPS.

  • Lost Package

     If in the event of a package being delivered with receipt proof from USPS through a tracking number but somehow is stolen, store is not responsible to offer any refunds or replacement.

    For packages that got lost within USPS warehouse and it shows not being delivered to the doorstep - we will either refund or replace the package at no cost.
  • Package Damaged

    If damaged by USPS delivery, we will ask for package to be sent back and then will issue a refund or a replacement.
